Mason Keller is broken, destructive, and the only man I’ve ever loved.
I met him when I was just a child, but I knew there would never be anyone else.
He lit my world with each smile and warmed my heart just by looking at me.
But he was my brother’s best friend...
Which meant I was off limits.
So he let me go and took my heart with him.
Now everything has changed, and the obstacles that kept us apart all our lives are no longer in the way.
He wants to claim me.
He wants to own me.
He wants to ravage my world.
And if I’m not careful...
I just might let him.
Ravage was an amazing story! Lyla and Mason’s story consumed me and just broke my heart over and over again!
Will and Mason have been best friends for years, probably about as long as Lyla, Will’s little sister, has been in love with Mace. As the years go by, Lyla finally decides to put it all out on the line for Mace, and has her heart shattered in the process.
Year after year, heartbreak after heartbreak, Lyla and Mace just cannot get their lives together. Each of them going through things so sad and heartbreaking, yet they still could not pull it together and be there for each other even when the unthinkable happens. This story was a real testament to the true ups and downs of a relationship, not a sugar coated fairy tale of forever. Lyla and Mace had their relationship tested many times over and once they got out of their own way, they got the HEA they deserved.
Ravage was a great way to end the series but I would definitely recommend reading the entire series!
About the Author:
Born and raised around Houston Texas, Jessica spent most of her life complaining about the heat, humidity, and all around pain in the ass weather. It was only as an adult that she quickly realized the cost of living in Houston made up for not being able to breathe when she stepped outside. That’s why God created central air, after all.
Jessica is the mother of a perfect little boy–she refuses to accept that he inherited her attitude and sarcastic nature no matter what her husband says.
In addition to being a wife and mom, she’s also a wino, coffee addict, and an avid lover of all types of books–romances still being her all time favs. Her husband likes to claim that reading is her obsession but she just says it’s a passion…there’s a difference. Not that she’d expect a boy to understand.
Jessica has been writing since she was a little girl, but thankfully grew out of drawing her own pictures for her stories before ever publishing her first book. Because an artist she is not.
