Everyone says Rex Gunderson isn't boyfriend material.

Everyone says he isn't serious enough.

Everyone says he’s a joke. In fact, rumor has it—the disgraced ex-manager of the wrestling team left campus with his tail between his legs.

But Rex is back, nowhere near the douchebag he used to be—and ready to prove everyone wrong.

The leopard has changed his spots—and he’s about to become my dating coach.

Liz's Review

The How to Date a Douchebag series by Sara Ney is one of my top favorite series ever. I have loved every single story and their characters so much. So, when I heard Sara would be giving us another story in a novella, I was so excited. Even more so, once I learned the character she decided to focus on! This can be read as a standalone, however, for those of us that have read the series, getting Rex Gunderson’s story is such a treat.

Rex is no different than who we met before, but at the same time, very different than how we have seen him in past books. I loved him with Hannah. What started out as Rex helping out a girl, turns to so much more. For a quick read, this one held all the things I love from Sara’s books, the slow burn, amazing and witty banter and characters who seem perfect for each other even if they did not at first! Such a great addition to the series!
