Playing With Word by Kelly Elliott is the second book in her Boggy Creek Valley series and I loved it. It was a sweet, charming and a delightful read. Though this can be read as a standalone, as each book is about different couples. We first met Greer in The Butterfly Effect, and this is her story. She made her dream come true with her bookstore but finding love has been a different thing. Hudson is on a deadline and thinks going back Boggy Creek where he has good memories may be just the thing he needs. He never expected the charming bookstore in town or the owner to charm the hell out of him. But he is only there temporarily, right? Their story was a slow burn romance with so many feels. I truly enjoyed reading this small-town romance.
