I loved the blurb for Confessions of a Bookaholic by Joslyn Westbrook and I am so glad I read it! This was a fun and charming friends to lovers sports romance. After having a fun and drinks-filled night with her friends, Macy accidently publishes her digital diary on her very popular blog. A diary that contains how she truly feels about her best friend and roommate, Lucas. The same best friend who is now engaged, but not to her. She has loved him for what seems like forever but has never told him. How can she face him now?
Macy and Lucas had a great relationship as friends, even if Lucas did not see what was right in front of him all this time. As things begin to change for them, I loved watching them maneuver the changes in their relationship and seeing how sweet Lucas could be. Their story was fun and sweet.
