Marni Mann definitely knows how to get you in the feels. Over and over. Even when you know a story will be angst-filled and emotional. She will get you every time. When Darkness Ends is a standalone book within her Moments in Boston series, and I loved it. Like with the other stories, this is one you have to read and experience without any spoilers. I started and finished this book in one sitting. I was captivated from start to finish. The story was poignant, heart-wrenching and wrecked me in so many ways. The character’s journey had me devouring the pages. Told in multiple point of views, we learn their story and see their love, passion, hurt and so much more. This is a must-read and one I absolutely loved and highly recommend! Absolutely amazing read.
