Pushing You Away by Kennedy Fox is the first book in the Noah and Katie Duet and the third book in the Ex-Con Duet series. Itβs a friends to lovers story that will captivate you from the start. Katie and Noah were best friends and always there for each other. Noah had feelings for Katie, but before anything could happen, his cousin swept in and connected with Katie. Then in a moment it all changes and they are apart for years. Now Noah is determined to reach out to Katie but now she wants nothing to do with him. Though her heart may want something different.
There is another duet in the series and I do suggest reading it prior to starting this book. They are about another couple but the story does build from each book as well. And honestly, they are all worth reading! Pushing You Away by Kennedy Fox was full of angst and so many feels. I loved and cannot wait to start the next book!
