Man in Love by Laurelin Paige is the final book in the Man in Charge duet and I loved it. After book one ended, I could not wait to get my hands on this one. We pick up right where we left off. You do need to read book 1 before this one, as is it is a continuation of Scott and Tess’s story.
I continue to love Tess. She is a strong woman with conviction and loyalty. She stands up for herself and I just loved that. In this book, we get to see a softer side of Sebastian. He is still the alpha domineering man who always get what he wants that we met and loved in the first book but now there is so much more to him. He is strong, determined, charming, driven, but also caring.
The chemistry between Scott and Tess is off the roof. It dripped from the pages. But now that all the secrets are out, what does that mean for them? They face so many obstacles, can they find a way to be together or was there always an end for them? I devoured this story and highly recommend the duet!
