I was unprepared for Stuck by Logan Chance. I loved the blurb and was pleasantly surprised with the charming story about the Hollywood heartthrob and his future stepsister. The story was funny, and heartwarming and I loved it.
Ethan Hale is a Hollywood star. He is on his way to Pity Falls, Montana to meet his future stepmother and stepsister. His dad has been burnt before and he is going to ensure that is not happening again. Though initially he comes off as you would expect a movie star to be, huge ego and full of himself, we quickly see another side of him.
I loved Nova. She is your average girl who lives in a small town, but she is also so much more. She stood her ground and I loved that about her. She was very likeable. She was looking forward to meeting Ethan, that is until she finally did.
Stuck was a slow burning romance. Ethan and Nova had great chemistry and I loved the banter between them. But life is never easy and soon everything is complicated. I am a huge fan of Logan Chance and stories like this are a big reason why. He gives us great stories with amazing characters and journeys we devour. Stuck was no different. I read it in one sitting.
