Lessons In Corruption by Giana Darling is the first book in her new series, The Fallen Men, and I loved it. The story and the characters pull you right in!
Cressida has led a quiet and very sheltered life. She was living her life on autopilot. It is almost like she is afraid to take a risk. But all that changes after she sees a man across the parking lot. She has no idea how much her life is about to change.
I cannot express how much I loved King. He was eighteen years old, but he was one totally alpha male! He was hot, cocky, and confident. Though he was judged by who he was and where he came from, he was so much more. Nevertheless, he never cared what others thought of him. He was loyal and caring and stole my heart.
I loved Lessons In Corruption by Giana Darling. I love her writing style and felt drawn into the story. It was so much more than a teacher/student story. It was a story about self-discovery, love and taking changes. King opened Cress up in ways she never knew how and allowed her to grow in her own way. But their story was forbidden. Could King and Cress find a way through all the obstacles or was it too late for them already?
I loved this story and the characters so much. I devoured this story. It was enthralling and sexy and had me cheering for these characters so hard. I absolutely cannot wait to read more of both this series and this aut
