I loved Nick! Yes, he was hot and he knew it. Girls always swarmed around him, but he was a good guy that was honest, caring and sweet. He tries to get Carter to open up and be herself and I loved him for it! He genuinely cared for her, but because of what her ex did, she was so guarded at times.
Carter is tired of always being the good girl. Where has it really gotten her? Frustrated where her life is going, she decides to take a chance. So what does she do? She kisses the hottest man she has ever seen. And the kiss? Well it was one that turned her world upside down. But then she runs away. When they meet again months later, Carter is done with relationships, but Nick has other plans!
I loved watching Nick with Carter get to know each other. He is one hot and sexy male, but with Carter he was so much more. I loved seeing them spend time together and really get to know each other. I laughed and swooned throughout the entire story. Can Nick win the girl when she pushes him away at every turn?
Drive was a sexy and fun read with two very likable characters and a great story. I loved this friends-to-lovers romance from Jacob Chance!
